IBC cage making system
1. Galvanized Pipe Processing: The process begins with the use of galvanized pipes, which are cut to the required lengths for IBC cage framework by wire mesh welding machine.
2. Welding of IBC Framework and Mesh Panels: The cut galvanized pipes are then welded to form the frame structure and mesh panels of the IBC cage.
3. Bending of the Outer Frame: The outer frame of the IBC cage is bent into shape using specialized machinery to achieve the desired dimensions and curvature.
4. Riveting of Mesh Frame Ends: After bending, the ends of the mesh frame are inserted into each other and riveted together to secure the structure.
5. Flattening and Hole Punching at the Base Connection: The bottom pipe of the mesh frame and the connection point to the base plate are flattened and holes are punched to facilitate attachment.
6. Welding of Steel Feet as Base Supports: For IBC cages that require additional stability, steel feet are welded onto the base to serve as supports.

IBC bottom pallet welding machine
The IBC bottom pallet is made by bending a long round pipe into a square frame using a pipe bending machine, and then accurately welding it to the metal base plate, 4 bottom legs and 1 middle leg. This process involves precise pipe bending, positioning, welding, testing and other steps to ensure the stability and load-bearing capacity of the IBC tank bottom bracket.

IBC tank assembly line
IBC (Intermediate Bulk Container) is usually composed of a plastic liner and a metal frame. In the automated production process, the following configurations are optional machine operation functions:
1. Auto valve fixing:
– Automated equipment fixes the valve in the designated position of the IBC liner to ensure correct installation and sealing of the valve.
2. Auto leak testing:
– After completing the valve assembly, perform a pressure test on the IBC liner through automated leakage testing equipment to ensure there is no leakage and ensure the sealing of the container.
3. Auto stacking:
– The automated stacking system can efficiently stack empty IBC totes or filled IBC totes for easy storage and transportation.
These automated configurations increase production efficiency, reduce manual intervention, reduce the risk of errors and accidents, and help standardize and scale the production process. Automated assembly lines usually include robots, conveyor belts, positioning systems, sensors, etc., and can realize full-process automation from the assembly of the inner liner and frame to the testing and stacking of the final product.
